He specializes in demolition, asbestos abatement, and lead remediation, managing projects across schools, universities, medical centers, industrial sites, power plants, commercial buildings, and residential properties.
A hands-on, solutions-driven leader, Travis maintains an open-door policy, fosters transparent communication, and ensures seamless project execution. He’s highly skilled in estimating, providing accurate assessments and realistic timelines to keep projects on track. Actively engaged with both superintendents and clients, he addresses challenges promptly to maintain momentum.
As a strong project manager and division leader, Travis balances planning, execution, and team collaboration to drive successful outcomes. Travis has played a key role in Hurricane Helene cleanup efforts, leading large-scale hazardous material removal and site restoration. His expertise ensures compliance in environmental assessments, permitting, demolition, and worker safety protocols.

Lindsey Wilson has been the Field Office Administrator for the Asheville, NC, Division of Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI) for seven years. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration and is a certified Notary Public in North Carolina. With a solid background in construction administration, Lindsey is known for her dependability, clear communication, and adaptable approach to supporting her team.
In her role, Lindsey oversees a wide range of administrative and operational responsibilities essential to the division’s daily success. She manages project documentation, tracks regulatory compliance, processes contracts and bond request, verifies payroll entries and job costs, and handles accounts payable and receivable. She also coordinates scheduling, vendor relationships, equipment tracking, and onboarding new personnel.
Lindsey works closely with the Asheville Division Manager, corporate headquarters, project managers, and field staff to maintain accurate records, ensure timely reporting, and support smooth field operations. Jeff Feeley has spent 26 years as a Charlotte, NC Division Manager with Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI). He has over 30 years of experience in environmental consulting, asbestos management, and demolition. He has managed large-scale projects and has extensive expertise in the characterization, identification, and removal of asbestos-containing materials in industrial facilities, power plants, manufacturing, multi-family, residential, and educational facilities throughout the Charlotte, NC Regional Area. His work has been instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental safety in projects involving total demolition and renovations for both public and private sector clients.
Jeff plays a vital role in estimating and bidding on small- to large-scale environmental and demolition projects, specializing in cost projections, competitive bid proposals, and feasibility analysis to secure new business opportunities. His expertise extends to contract negotiations, risk assessment, job cost oversight, and operational planning, ensuring that all projects meet budgetary, safety, and compliance standards. His ability to evaluate site conditions, coordinate with regulatory agencies, and develop efficient remediation strategies makes him a vital asset in executing complex demolition and environmental remediation projects.

Grayson McGee

With 14 years of experience at Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI), Grayson McGee is a seasoned professional in hazardous material removal and environmental remediation. As a Project Manager and Estimator, Grayson oversees all phases of project execution—from cost estimation and resource allocation to regulatory compliance and site safety.
He has successfully managed large-scale projects across diverse sectors, including industrial facilities, power plants, government contracts, universities, commercial construction, K–12 county schools, and residential developments. Grayson ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to hazardous material abatement, site decontamination, and demolition. He also manages environmental assessments, permitting, and worker safety protocols to facilitate seamless project delivery.
Grayson began his career at DARI Disaster Restoration, a division of Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc., with 3.5 years of hands-on field experience in mold remediation. This early exposure to fieldwork provides him with real-world insights that enhance the accuracy and practicality of his project estimates. He also completed training in HAZWOPER 40 and IICRC courses, including Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation, adding depth to his knowledge of environmental and restoration services.

With over 47 years of industry experience, he is known for his expertise in asbestos abatement, mold, lead, PCB abatement, structural demolition, and interior strip-outs. Under his leadership, DARI has grown into one of the nation’s top 20 specialty contracting firms, ranked by Engineering News-Record for its technical capabilities, regulatory compliance, and strong safety culture.
Lee provides strategic direction to divisional leadership and ensures the successful execution of complex projects across industrial, commercial, and occupied facilities. Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI) holds key credentials, including EPA TSCA Lead Renovation certification, general contractor licenses in North Carolina and Tennessee, and asbestos and lead abatement licenses across six Southeastern states. As Regional Manager, Chris oversees large-scale asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and demolition projects, ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Known for managing complex projects under tight deadlines, he is critical in coordinating demolition operations before environmental remediation and renovation, particularly in occupied or sensitive environments where safety and compliance are paramount.
