Travis has over two decades of experience in environmental remediation, hazardous materials management, and selective and interior strip-out demolition projects for Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI). He has led initiatives focused on the safe removal of asbestos, lead, and mold, as well as interior strip-outs and structural preparation for renovation and redevelopment. As a key Field Office Division Manager for DARI Office, Travis exemplifies environmental responsibility, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring that every project meets or exceeds EPA, OSHA, and state environmental standards.
Travis is a proactive, solutions-driven leader known for his clear communication style and collaborative approach. His expertise in estimating allows him to provide accurate assessments and realistic timelines that keep projects on schedule and within scope. Working closely with superintendents, field teams, and clients, he brings consistency, adaptability, and steady direction to every project.
As Division Leader, Travis balances strategic planning, resource management, and team development. He mentors staff through hands-on guidance, training, and recognition, strengthening both performance and morale across the division.
During Hurricane Helene recovery, Travis led critical cleanup operations for DARI, managing hazardous material removal and site restoration with accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Travis holds a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Appalachian State University and maintains certifications in First Aid/CPR, 40-Hour HAZMAT, 30-Hour OSHA Construction, Asbestos Supervisor Accreditation, Silica Competent Person, and Leadership Training. Under his direction, the Asheville Division continues to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality project outcomes consistent with DARI’s commitment to excellence and environmental responsibility.

Sarah Cogburn
Field Office Administrator, Asheville, NC Division
Sarah Cogburn recently joined Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI) in our Asheville Division, having over four years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining DARI, she worked as an industrial administrative assistant for a large local construction company, where she supported daily operations and built a strong foundation in organization, coordination, and managing the fast-paced demands of construction environments. As a Western North Carolina native, Sarah takes pride in serving and supporting the communities that shaped her.
As Field Office Administrator for Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI), Asheville, NC Division, Sarah supports daily project coordination, accounts payable, accounts receivable, field documentation, environmental compliance, and client communication. Her responsibilities include managing project records, regulatory compliance, contracts and payroll administration, scheduling, equipment reporting, and vendor coordination.
Sarah helps facilitate communication between the Asheville Division Manager, corporate headquarters, project managers, and field personnel, while also coordinating field members’ accreditations with the NCDHHS. She ensures projects stay on track and clients receive timely, professional support.

Jeff Feeley has spent 26 years as a Charlotte, NC Division Manager with Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI). He has over 35 years of experience in environmental consulting, asbestos management, and demolition. He has managed large-scale projects and has extensive expertise in the characterization, identification, and removal of asbestos-containing materials in industrial facilities, power plants, manufacturing, multi-family, residential, and educational facilities throughout the Charlotte, NC Regional Area. His work has been instrumental in ensuring regulatory compliance and environmental safety in projects involving total demolition and renovations for both public and private sector clients.
Jeff plays a vital role in estimating and bidding on small- to large-scale environmental and demolition projects, specializing in cost projections, competitive bid proposals, and feasibility analysis to secure new business opportunities. His expertise extends to contract negotiations, risk assessment, job cost oversight, and operational planning, ensuring that all projects meet budgetary, safety, and compliance standards. Jeff has also completed Silica Competent Person Training, Lead Awareness, Leadership Training, Excavation & Trench Awareness, 40-Hour HAZWOPER, and First Aid. Additionally, he is a Board Member and Charter Member of the Environmental Information Association, reflecting his commitment to industry leadership, regulatory compliance, and environmental safety.

With 14 years of experience at Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI), Grayson McGee is a seasoned professional in hazardous material removal and environmental remediation. As a Project Manager and Estimator, Grayson oversees all phases of project execution—from cost estimation and resource allocation to regulatory compliance and site safety.
He has successfully managed large-scale projects across diverse sectors, including industrial facilities, power plants, government contracts, universities, commercial construction, K–12 county schools, and residential developments. Grayson ensures full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to hazardous material abatement, site decontamination, and demolition. He also manages environmental assessments, permitting, and worker safety protocols to facilitate seamless project delivery.
Grayson began his career at DARI Disaster Restoration, a division of Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc., with 3.5 years of hands-on field experience in mold remediation. This early exposure to fieldwork provides him with real-world insights that enhance the accuracy and practicality of his project estimates. He also completed training in HAZWOPER 40 and IICRC courses, including Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Applied Microbial Remediation, adding depth to his knowledge of environmental and restoration services.

McKalia Blair has been with Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI) since 2022, bringing over seven years of administrative experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining DARI, she spent five years as the Office Manager for her family’s masonry construction company, where she gained hands-on experience managing job-site documentation, contractor communications, and business operations.

(DARI) Charlotte, NC Division, McKalia supports day-to-day project coordination, field operations documentation, and client communication. Her responsibilities include project documentation, regulatory compliance, contract and payroll administration, scheduling, equipment reporting, and vendor coordination. (DARI)—Chris Walker is a seasoned leader in asbestos and lead abatement, regulatory compliance, and environmental services. His expertise includes LEED-certified projects, Waste and RCRA management, hazardous materials disposal, and emergency spill response, making him a key leader in both operations and sales.
As Regional Manager, Chris oversees large-scale asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and demolition projects, ensuring strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Known for managing complex projects under tight deadlines, he is critical in coordinating demolition operations before environmental remediation and renovation, particularly in occupied or sensitive environments where safety and compliance are paramount.

She plays a key role in supporting the Regional Manager and works closely with estimators, project managers, and job site superintendents to ensure operational efficiency and client satisfaction throughout the division.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Environmental Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Her strong academic background, combined with years of hands-on administrative experience, supports her ability to manage project documentation, regulatory compliance, contract processing, and field coordination within the highly regulated asbestos abatement and environmental remediation industry.

As Regional Manager for DARI’s Eastern North Carolina Division, he oversees operations across more than 40 counties, directing projects that include asbestos, mold, lead, PCB abatement, decontamination, universal waste removal, and selective demolition, as well as interior strip-outs for renovation and structural demolition. Under his leadership, the division has secured numerous high-profile contracts, strengthened safety and compliance programs, and expanded its regional footprint—reinforcing DARI’s reputation for excellence, reliability, and environmental responsibility.
James played a pivotal role in establishing and growing DARI’s NC Eastern Division, aligning strategic operations with corporate goals to ensure consistent performance and long-term sustainability. With over 23 years of dedicated service, Kristine London has become a central figure in both the corporate and divisional operations of Demolition & Asbestos Removal, Inc. (DARI). As an Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator, she works closely with the President, Vice Presidents, and other corporate officers to lead company-wide communication strategies, strengthen brand consistency, and drive alignment across all six divisions.
Kristine plays a key role in supporting executive leadership by managing internal and external communications that reflect DARI’s mission, vision, and values. She develops messaging for company announcements, leadership meetings, and milestone events, ensuring that every communication upholds the professionalism and integrity that define DARI.
